Imagine waking up with energy, clarity, and a steadiness you forgot you could feel.
But lately, that 'one glass' has started to feel heavier. Not just in your body - in your mind, your mornings, your moods. The overthinking, the 3am wake-ups, the second-guessing.
It’s starting to take more than it gives.
You know alcohol isn’t really a treat anymore. But you’re not sure what comes next.
Sobriety feels… extreme. But moderation? That loop is wearing thin.
Not performing. Not recovering. Just present. Proud. Clear.
You might not believe this yet - but that’s OK.
I wasn’t spiraling. I wasn’t at rock bottom.
I was just stuck in a loop I couldn’t logic my way out of.
As a typical weekend binge drinker, I told myself it wasn’t that bad - but something felt off. After decades of drinking through my 20s and 30s, I started noticing the recovery was getting harder. In my 40s and into my 50s, I was losing half my week to sluggishness, low mood, and disconnection.
So in August 2023, I took a 30-day break. At first, I went back to drinking.
But the contrast? It was undeniable.
That break gave me a reference point I couldn’t unsee - a glimpse into the clarity and steadiness that had been waiting underneath all along. By December, I knew I was done. January 2024 was my turning point. I stopped drinking - and haven’t looked back.
Since then, everything has shifted. Not in a performative, life-overhaul kind of way, but in the quiet, steady rebuild of someone who’s no longer negotiating with herself.
I created The Dry Jan Collective as the space I wish I’d had. A place to explore what life without alcohol actually feels like - without shame, pressure, or performance.
A space to tell the truth. Hear yourself clearly. And choose a different rhythm.
This isn’t about being 'good.' It’s about being free.
The program runs for 31 days - a full month to reset your habits, reconnect with yourself, and get clear on what life feels like without alcohol in the mix.
How long is the Program?
Frequently asked questions
No. This space is for grey-area drinkers and sober-curious women who want to explore alcohol-free living — without labels or declarations.
You just need to commit to 31 days without alcohol. That’s it.
Do I have to be completely sober to join?
This space isn’t built around perfection - it’s built around honesty.
If you drink during the program, you’re not “back at square one.” You’re more aware than you were before.
We’ll talk about it without shame or drama, and you’ll keep going - with more clarity than you had yesterday.
What if I slip up during the Program?
I deliberately keep numbers small so every woman feels held and seen.
This is not a scroll-by group chat —-it’s a circle of intentional connection.
How big is the group?
That’s completely fine - there's no pressure to do anything you aren't comfortable with. Share what feels right or just listen until you're ready. You are worthy of taking up space exactly as you are.
I’m nervous about joining a group – what if I don’t want to share too much?
No - coaching is future-focused.
It’s about creating change from where you are now, not unpacking everything that got you here.
If therapy felt like talking in circles, this may feel more practical, grounded, and actionable.
Is Coaching the same as Therapy?
What happens after the 31 days are up?
Live calls take place every Tuesday at 7pm UK time on Zoom.
They’ll be recorded and uploaded inside our private Circle space so you can watch back anytime.
What time are the weekly calls?
You’ve been thinking about this for a while.
Inside Amplified, we explore what’s underneath the habit - and offer your system a
full month of clarity, structure, and support to meet yourself in a completely new way.
Another week, another loop.
Telling yourself it’s fine but quietly knowing it’s not. But what if that loop didn’t need managing anymore?
In Amplified:
Please note that my coaching and programs are designed for middle lane and grey area drinkers looking to take a break from alcohol, quit altogether or be supported in their alcohol free life. This is not a medical program and does not provide medical advice. If you are dependent on alcohol, it is important to seek medical help before attempting to quit. Withdrawal from alcohol in this case, can be dangerous and should be supervised by a doctor.
